“I trust Parker Pastures because they do it right.”

"If you care about what goes into your body, you have to care about where your food comes from.

I’ve tried a lot of grass-fed, pasture-raised meats over the years, but Parker Pastures is truly next level. This is regenerative farming done right—meat raised the way nature intended, without the garbage.

The nutritional profile of your food matters—and the way these animals are raised impacts everything, from the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio to the micronutrients you’re getting in every bite.

"THE BEST HAMBURGER IN THE WORLD."

"THE BEST HAMBURGER IN THE WORLD. ENJOYED BACK-TO-BACK DINNERS WITH YOUR EXCELLENT BEEF "

—J.D. , Utah

This Isn’t Just About Beef. It’s About Reconnecting Back.

A time before screens and drive-thrus, when the table was sacred and stories were shared over slow-roasted beef.

When our hands dug into the soil to harvest the food we prepared and meat was raised in a pasture.

Generations gathered here. Laughter, prayers, second helpings. It wasn't just a meal—it was a memory.

Factory farming (cows that eat grain + have vaccines) gave us processed meat to feed the multitudes, but robbed us of the dense nutrients that comes from cows that eat grass.

We have a connection crisis and it's time to get back to Truth, eat beef from a cow that ate grass, watch a sunset, be real, and live inter-connectedly.

Parker Pastures reconnects you to the land, your health, and the people who matter most.

How is your beef different from organic?

Thanks so much for your thoughtful question. I love when people care enough to dig deeper — it’s exactly the kind of awareness we need more of in today’s food system!

The USDA organic certification is a government-managed program, and while it can be helpful in some cases, it doesn’t always guarantee what most people think it does.

Organic cattle can still be raised in confinement feedlots — just fed organic grain instead of conventional grain.

Organic labels do not always reflect animal welfare or regenerative grazing practices that rebuild soil health and ecosystems.

Organic certification focuses heavily on paperwork, fees, and bureaucracy — not necessarily on the quality or nutrient density of the meat itself.

Our beef comes from cattle that are regeneratively raised and on pasture their entire life— meaning the cattle are rotated across pastures in a way that heals the soil, sequesters carbon, improves water cycles, and produces more nutrient-dense forage (which translates into more nutrient-dense beef).

What does "grass-fed" label mean vs Parker Pastures beef?

Most grocery store beef labeled “grass-fed” which is actually is not what you think...

✔️ The cattle may have started on pasture…

❌ But they were often grain-finished in a feedlot to fatten them up fast.

❌ Grass-fed just means they ate grass some point in their life

❌ That means they lost many of the nutritional benefits you were hoping for.

That label doesn’t guarantee nutrient density, quality of life, or even that the animal was raised on pasture it's whole life.

At Parker Pastures, our beef is:

✅ Grass-Fed AND Grass-Finished (God's original design)

✅ The cattle are on pasture all their life and eats a wide variety of grasses which means it is full of health for you and nutrients

Health Benefits of Truly Grass-fed AND Grass-Finished Beef:

More Omega-3s : Grass-finished beef contains up to 5x more omega-3 fatty acids than grain-finished beef—supporting brain function, reducing inflammation, and improving heart health.

Higher in Antioxidants : You’ll get more vitamin E, glutathione, and beta-carotene, which help protect cells, boost immunity, and fight disease.

Lower in Inflammatory Fats : Unlike grain-fed beef, grass-finished beef has the best ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fats, helping reduce inflammation—a root cause of many chronic illnesses.

More CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) : CLA is linked to fat loss, improved metabolism, and immune support—and it’s significantly higher in grass-finished beef.

No Hidden Grain Allergens : Because the cattle never eat grain, there’s no residual grain protein or GMO influence in the fat and tissue—making it better for sensitive individuals and clean eaters.

What makes Parker Pastures beef different?

My friend, you and your family deserve the Best in Meat—nutrient-dense, pasture-raised meat that heals the land, delivered right to your door, and comes with the peace of mind knowing you’re taken care of every step of the way.

Our beef raised how God intended—from start to finish on pasture, grazing on grass.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids:

Our beef has an excellent Omega 6:3 ratio of 1.1, far better than the 3.0 in other grass-fed beef and 20:1 found in grain-fed meat. This means a higher level of omega-3s, which studies link to improved heart and brain health.

Higher Bioavailability:

Your body can more easily absorb and utilize these nutrients. Grass-fed beef provides omega-3 fatty acids in their natural triglyceride form, which is more easily absorbed by your body compared to the processed fats found in grain-fed beef.

The nutrient density in our beef supports overall health and well-being. This is meat that heals.

How does Parker Pastures different from Whole Foods or other farms?

Let’s break it down 👇

You may think you are buying quality beef at health food stores like Whole Foods…

But here’s what they don’t want you to know:🚨

1. Most “Grass-Fed” Beef in the U.S. is Imported. Over 80% of the grass-fed beef in the U.S. is imported—mostly from Australia, Uruguay, and Brazil. By the time it reaches your plate, it’s often been frozen multiple times and traveled thousands of miles.

2. Grass-fed is NOT enough.

Anyone can say “grass-fed" if the cow ate some grass or hay. But what matters is how that grass is managed and the diversity of plants - rich in multiple species of grasses, herbs, legumes, and forbs.

When cattle graze a wide variety of grasses their beef is :

✅ Higher in CLA (supports fat metabolism)

✅ Higher in Omega-3s (fights inflammation)

✅ Higher in vitamins A & E, zinc, and antioxidants

✅ More flavorful, more vibrant, and more nutrient-dense.

At Parker Pastures, we don’t import a single pound and all our beef came from cattle that ate grass all their life

3. We’re not a corporate meat brand.

My mom started this business to feed our family well. I took over when I was 19 and now get to carry on her legacy because I know meat (and other foods) should HEAL not harm!

Is the beef grass-fed AND grass-finished?

Yes! AND our beef is packed with essential nutrients that many store-bought meats lack. Thanks to how the cattle are managed and graze they receive a wide variety of phytonutrients—naturally occurring compounds found in plants with potential antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which provide the foundation for the nutrient density of our beef.

Hey, I'm Cloe owner of Parker Pastures.

At 19, I rushed home to my family’s ranch the moment I got the phone call: my mom had been diagnosed with cancer. Within months, I found myself running a ranch and a meat company—just trying to keep things afloat.

The love of ranching has been in my blood since before I was born. But as I watched my once-healthy mom suffer, I started asking the hard questions:

Why was she sick? What was really in our food?

Why did we live in a cycle where unhealthy food makes us sick, and sickness feeds a system that makes massive companies billions?

Why did most food lack nutrients—and even flavor?

Out in the fields surrounded by cows, my inbox began to flood with stories of health transformations from eating our clean, high-quality beef—and the quiet nudge of God led me to realize that keeping my family’s company alive wasn’t just about business anymore...It was my mission.

Because the truth is: our disconnection from the land is wrecking our health. Our land is poisoned. And the ache for purpose is echoing in our souls—though it’s often drowned out by scrolling, busyness, and convenience.

Those little-girl dreams of being a rancher became a much bigger calling: To bring you, my friend, back through the ranch gate that’s been locked for far too long and help you trade processed junk for nutrient-dense meat that actually fuels your life.

Welcome to the land of connection through ranching.

I’m honored to serve you and I cannot wait for you to get your first box of meat—and begin this journey of living a life fueled by beef from a cow that ate grass.
